Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to defect or damage, please contact us within 15 days of the receipt of your order to report the situation and receive instructions for the return of the product.

If it is determined (at our sole discretion) that the issue is due to circumstances under our control, we will provide you with instructions for the return of the product.

Once we have received and inspected the product, and confirmed the problem, we will issue a store credit or refund for the returned product to us plus the cost of return shipping.

Store Credit / Refunds for products will be based on undamaged product returned in original packaging.  All other products will be determined on individual basis.

Store Credit / Refunds will not be issued for any product that has been used, or damaged due to the purchasers actions after the product was delivered. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that refunds can take up to 15 business days to appear in your bank account or credit card. Store credit can be issued immediately after a return is confirmed.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Plain Packaging

The Government of Canada has recently put into effect a law that requires all cigars to be put into plain packaging. You’ve seen plain packaging with cigarettes for years, but as of November 9, 2020, it applies to cigars as well. And retailers throughout Canada only have until May 8, 2021 to comply with the new legislation.

What is Plain Packaging?

Plain packaging is a generic and standardized packaging that is devoid of branding. The plain packaging will include only the brand name of the cigar, health warnings and other legally required information.

Generic packaging, however, does not mean you are getting generic cigars. If you order a Cuban cigar, you will be getting an authentic Cuban cigar.

However, we are located on a First Nations Territory and are able to import products from other countries.  We do our best to have pictures updated to reflect the product you will receive.

Warranty and Repairs

Repairs and warranty issues are generally handled by manufacturers but if you contact us we can help get you going in the right direction.

Order Processing

We generally process orders within 2-3 business days. However this can take up to 7-14 business days depending on high order volumes and holidays.

Shipping to Canada

Orders are shipped via UPS and Canada Post from our facility in Six Nations Of The Grand River Territory, Ontario.
